E-invoicing support is purely technical and is neither accounting nor tax advice. Audits and security monitoring rely on public data and are not penetration tests. Any work on a third-party system requires prior written authorisation.
Plans
Monthly plans (Maintenance, Security watch, Local presence, Peace of mind, regression-guard follow-up) have no minimum term: cancel by simple email to [email protected], effective at the end of the current month. Annual plans are paid in advance; a reminder is sent one month before they end, and they are never renewed without written agreement. When a plan stops, backups and reports are handed over to the client. Details are set out in the signed quote.

All content on this site (text, structure, graphics, code) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.
Liability
Information is provided in good faith and may change. External links do not engage the publisher's liability for their content. Each service is covered by a written quote defining scope, limits and obligations.

Applicable law
This site is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tarbes, subject to mandatory rules.
Privacy

Data collected: name, email, website address, selected need and message (contact form); email and selected tool (waiting list); for clients on a plan, the monitored site address and check results, kept for the duration of the plan then handed over. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts. Fonts are hosted locally: no third-party server is called to display the site.
Purpose and legal basis: answering a quote or information request (legitimate interest and consent); notifying the opening of a tool's sale (consent); running a plan (performance of the contract). No unsolicited marketing, no resale.
Recipients: the forms store nothing on this site: they open your own email app, and your message reaches the publisher's mailbox like any email (routed by Cloudflare, Inc., then held by the publisher's email provider). No other recipient, except legal obligation.
Retention: contact requests with no follow-up — 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted; clients — invoicing records for the period required by accounting obligations, the rest for the duration of the relationship; waiting list — until the tool's sale opens, then deleted, or earlier on request.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to [email protected]. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
Security: HTTPS is used; data is limited to what is necessary. No administrator access to a client site is requested without written agreement and a prior backup.
