I'm 54 and self-taught, and I've run several companies. No engineering degree: a method. Every finding is replayed before it is written, every intervention is backed up before it is made. That is the rule of my embedded-technology laboratory; this workshop applies it to your website.

Short answers.
How long does an audit take?
Two working days for a site of 15 pages or fewer. For a larger site, the lead time is stated in the quote. You receive a dated report, not a list of complaints.
Do the plans tie me in?
No. The monthly plan is cancelled by simple email, effective at the end of the current month. The annual plan is paid in advance; you get a reminder one month before it ends, and it never renews without your agreement.
My site wasn't built by you. Can I still have maintenance or the watch?
The security watch, always: it only looks at what is public. Maintenance, after an audit that says what I can maintain properly; if repairs come first, the quote says so.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, across France, Europe and worldwide. On-site visits are possible in Occitanie, by appointment, for projects that justify it.
Who looks after my site?
Me, from start to finish. Checks go through my own measuring tools, the same ones every time, so before and after can be compared. I review every finding, sign the report and answer for it. You have a single contact.
Do I need to give you admin access?
For an audit or the security watch, no: everything is done on public data. For fixes or maintenance, limited access may be needed; it is then written into the quote, with a prior backup and a possible rollback.
What happens if a change breaks my site?
A dated backup is made before every intervention. If a fix causes a problem, we roll back to the previous version. Fixes carry a 30-day warranty.
What is a security review?
I read an application's code on a copy, without running anything on your instance: access and configuration, input and execution, secrets and data. The report cites each finding with its evidence and the proposed fix, followed by a P1 / P2 / P3 plan. It is not a penetration test: no attack is launched against your service.
For e-invoicing, do you also do the accounting?
No. I handle the technical side: choosing an approved platform suited to your business, configuring it, checking that an invoice goes out and one comes in. Accounting, VAT and tax questions stay with your accountant.
Do you also sell tools?
Soon: eight small tools that run in your browser, with no account and no data sent anywhere, for a one-off price. Sales open shortly; they are already presented on the Tools page.
Why a fixed price?
Because a surprise invoice costs more than a clear quote. The scope is written down; if it changes, an amendment is proposed before the extra work, never after.
What if I have no budget for a redesign?
That is what the audit alone is for: it tells you what is urgent, what can wait and what is pointless. You can then have the work done elsewhere, or hand it to me.
